Founder Bruce Bell has been a resident on Whidbey Island since 1964. Bruce saw a need, and had a desire, to help make Whidbey Island a more beautiful place to live.
For the last 26 years, Bruce has established a reputation as a leader in the industry based on his quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Travis Crabb now owns Bell Forestry Mulching. Travis has over 25 years of experience in heavy civil construction. Travis is working to carry on the tradition by offering the same level of service and workmanship that our clients have come to expect.
FOCUSED ON THE ENVIRONMENT
Bruce spent countless hours researching "best practices" to learn the most desirable alternatives to eliminating unwanted brush and trees, and grading land in a way that would not have a negative effect on the environment.
As a result, Bell Forestry Mulching owns and operates specialized equipment to clear land, and mulch most unwanted trees and brush onsite. This process amends the soil while reducing pollution caused by trucking away or burning wood debris.
